Determination comes in many forms. This is why we've created a drinking routine that will not only strengthen your drinking arm, but give you a washboard liver, too. Let's face it, America is a great country, but its people have gotten far too active and sober, which terrifies us. Start yourself off with a light warm up (we prefer tequila shots). Then, move up and down the bar, in reps of 6 to 10, sampling every bottle and tap available. Don't be afraid to work all the drinking-muscle groups. Cool down with a lager. Finally, end with a burrito of your choice. Repeat as necessary. If you're a beginner, start at home with your own liquor cabinet and move to your local watering hole when you're feeling more confident.
