We were sitting in a small café in Prague when we saw a tall man enter with his wife and his friend. They ordered drinks. When the Tall Man excused himself for a moment, Friend was all over his wife. Hans watched. When Tall Man returned, Friend was as jovial as ever. Hans shook his head, smiling. A short while later, Tall Man excused himself again. Still caressing Tall Man's wife, Friend finished off his own drink and reached for Tall Man's drink then. Götman's eyes narrowed. On our way out, he discreetly informed Tall Man of his Friend's duplicity. When we asked why he interfered, he summarized his views on friendship.
